2. Ownership of Uploaded Content

Users retain all ownership rights to the images they upload to Bigjpg. Bigjpg claims no ownership over user-uploaded content.

By uploading content to Bigjpg for enhancement, users represent and warrant that:

• They own the content or have obtained all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to upload and process the images using our service
• The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, publicity right, or other intellectual property right of any third party
• They have the legal authority to submit the content for AI-powered image enhancement

3. Copyright Infringement Reporting

3.1 Filing a Notice

If you believe in good faith that your copyrighted work has been infringed through the Bigjpg service, you may submit a copyright infringement notice. To be effective, your notice should include the following information:

1. Your contact information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
2. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
3. Identification of the infringing material: A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located, including sufficient detail to allow us to locate it
4. A statement of good faith: A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement of accuracy: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
6. Your signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative

3.3 Review Process

Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notice, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt of the notice promptly
• Review the notice for completeness and validity

• Remove or disable access to content where infringement is reasonably confirmed
• Notify the user who uploaded the content, where appropriate

We aim to respond to all valid copyright notices within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5-10 business days.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe that content you uploaded was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice should include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and telephone number
5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Bigjpg maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright. A repeat infringer is a user who has been the subject of multiple valid copyright infringement notices.

The determination of whether a user qualifies as a repeat infringer is made based on all relevant circumstances, including the number, frequency, and severity of infringements.

6. Trademark Infringement

Bigjpg also respects trademark rights. If you believe that content on our service infringes your registered trademark, please submit a notice to:
