1. What Can Be Reported
You may report the following types of concerns related to the Bigjpg service:

- Copyright infringement — Unauthorized use of copyrighted works
- Trademark infringement — Unauthorized use of registered trademarks

- Right of publicity violations — Unauthorized commercial use of a person's likeness
- Hate speech — Content promoting hatred or discrimination
- Violent or extremist content — Content promoting violence or terrorism
- Fraud or deceptive content — Content intended to deceive or defraud
- Other illegal content — Any content that violates applicable laws
2. How to Report

3. Information to Include
To help us process your report efficiently, please include as much of the following information as possible:
For Content Reports:
- A clear description of the reported content
- The date and time the content was uploaded or accessed (if known)
- The username or account identifier associated with the content (if known)
- Any reference numbers, transaction IDs, or other identifying information
- Why you believe the content violates our policies or applicable law
For Intellectual Property Reports:
- Your full name and contact information
- A description of the intellectual property you believe is being infringed
- Evidence of your ownership or authorization to act on the owner's behalf
- A description of the allegedly infringing content and how it violates your rights
- A statement made in good faith that the reported use is not authorized
For Privacy or Publicity Violations:
- Your name and contact information
- A description of how your privacy or publicity rights have been violated
- Any supporting documentation or evidence
- Your preferred resolution (e.g., content removal)
4. What Happens After You Report
When we receive a report, our process includes:
- Acknowledgment: We confirm receipt of your report within a reasonable timeframe
- Review: We review the reported content against our Content Policy, Terms of Service, and applicable laws
- Investigation: Where necessary, we conduct further investigation to verify the report
- Action: If a violation is confirmed, we take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or account termination
- Response: Where appropriate, we provide a response to the reporting party
We aim to respond to all reports promptly. Serious matters, particularly those involving child safety or imminent harm, are prioritized for immediate attention.
5. Urgent Reports Involving Child Safety
If you have reason to believe that content involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the exploitation of minors is being processed through Bigjpg, please report this immediately.
We will:
- Prioritize the report for immediate review
- Remove any confirmed CSAM content without delay
- Permanently terminate associated accounts
- Report the incident to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable
- Preserve relevant records as required by law
6. Confidentiality
All reports are handled with appropriate confidentiality. We respect the privacy of reporting parties and do not disclose reporter identities except where required by law or necessary for law enforcement purposes.
7. False Reports
Submitting a knowingly false or malicious report may result in legal liability. Bigjpg reserves the right to take action against users who submit fraudulent or abusive reports, including account termination and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.

If you believe a report was made against your content in error, or if you disagree with an enforcement action taken against your account, you may submit an appeal:
